Same Day Service: If roadside assistance is requested at the time of enrollment, Same Day Service will be provided, but is limited to Basic membership level services for the pre-existing breakdown. AAA Hudson Valley reserves the right to deny Same Day Service during times of extreme demand such as inclement weather conditions. We reserve the right to apply new membership payments to all outstanding surcharges on pre-existing membership accounts.
